We’re excited to announce that CloserIQ is now Formative Search Partners. 

While our business has evolved, we are still deeply committed to the mission of helping innovative companies bring their products to market.

When CloserIQ launched in 2014, we built a platform to connect top sales professionals to early stage founders, bypassing the traditional recruiting process. Very quickly, we realized a platform approach doesn’t drive consistent outcomes. Founders need an expert-guided service that can help them access top talent and persuade them to join the team. 

For the next 10 years, we immersed ourselves in building a rigorous GTM recruiting methodology. Over that period, we scaled 900+ startups and earned the trust of leading venture capital and private equity firms. We helped clients like Oscar Insurance, Justworks, Riskified, Algolia, and Monday.com grow revenue to a massive scale and achieve significant milestones.

We also built a proprietary network of top performers and emerging GTM executives, many of whom we’ve advised through multiple career transitions. Over this period, we’ve developed conviction on the future trajectory of GTM leaders. Our track record has catapulted us into a new phase of evolution as a leading GTM executive search firm.

When we reflect on the past decade, we are most proud of the outsized impact we had on early stage startups. Although the GTM journey consists of numerous formative chapters, early growth is where successful leadership hires can make or break companies.
